Satellite Pre-Installation Site Survey

To prevent delays, the installer will contact you to set up an appointment for installation of your new satellite dish system.  Please review the checklist and be prepared to answer or discuss the items below.

Do you understand the installer will be drilling one hole through the exterior of your house and terminating the connection where the cable comes in?

Do you understand that the appointment may be cancelled with little or notice and need to be rescheduled if slippery surfaces or other safety concerns arise?

Do you understand that additional costs, billable by the installer, are incurred if:

bulletThe dish requires pole or other separate structure mounting?
bulletParts other than included in the installation kit are needed?
