         to play if special custom work is required, such as pole mount instead of roof mounting, ground

         trenching for underground wire burial, interior wall fishing of cabling, etc.   These charges

         are based on your individual needs and should be discussed with your installer before he/she

         begins the installation.  Custom installation fees must be then paid directly to the installer.

             *** -  The "standard install included" is approximately $199.99 of the total cost. 

                      Installation fees are not refundable for either standard or custom installations.

                 **** - The download threshold is the volume of data that may be continuously downloaded before

                     the Fair Access Policy (FAP) may restrict the download.  The recovery rate is the speed at

                            which a service plan recovers the download threshold.

  Cancel before installation:   No Charge

  Cancel within 30 Days:  $200 refund for returned equipment, $0 service termination fee. 

  Cancel after 30 Days:  No refund for equipment, $300 service termination fee.

Installation fees are NOT refundable!
