* = A "standard installation" works for over 90% of our customers. Additional cost may come in

to play if special custom work is required, such as pole mount instead of roof mounting, ground

trenching for underground wire burial, interior wall fishing of cabling, etc. These charges

are based on your individual needs and should be discussed with your installer before he/she

begins the installation. Custom installation fees must be then paid directly to the installer.

**** - The download threshold is the volume of data that may be continuously downloaded before

the Fair Access Policy (FAP) may restrict the download. The recovery rate is the speed at

which a service plan recovers the download threshold.

CURRENT MONTHLY FEES LISTED ABOVE HAVE REMAINED THE SAME FOR THE LAST THREE YEARS HOWEVER, SERVICE FEES AFTER THE INITIAL 24-MONTH TERM ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
